No injuries reported after Victoria motorist strikes pole

A 32-year-old woman hit a pole while driving on Spring Creek Road and her car came to rest on the Victoria Country Club’s golf course.

The wreck occurred around 5:25 p.m. Thursday.

“She just said she wasn’t feeling good,” senior patrolman Jason Smitters said.

Police were not aware of what medical issues the woman had.

The woman had no visible injuries, but as a precaution was taken to Citizens Medical Center, he said.
