VICTORIA – A 17-year-old Yoakum man by troopers Wednesday on suspicion of evading arrest with a vehicle and possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana.

VICTORIA – Arthur Paul Sheehan, 35, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with assault causing bodily injury.

VICTORIA – Richard Pena, 46, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on two warrants charging him with criminal mischief of between $1,500 and $20,000.

VICTORIA – Paul David Schreppel, 24, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with burglary of a habitation and violation of probation for driving while intoxicated. The burglary warrant was from Bastrop County. The deputy arrested Schreppel and a 15-year-old boy after seeing them walk around the side of a closed business in the 4000 block of Callis Street.

VICTORIA – Krystal Margret Lozano, 21, of Victoria, by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging her with evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

VICTORIA – Two 17-year-old Victoria men by officers Wednesday on suspicion of burglary. They are accused of breaking into a house across the street from one suspect’s home and drinking two 12-ounce Dr Peppers. When officers arrived, three neighbors, carrying rakes and a baseball bat, were standing near the two men.
