The program will include remarks from Darren Schauer, chief executive officer of Guadalupe Valley Electric Co-op, which owns the park.
Also expected to speak are David Warzecha, president of the DeWitt Community Development Foundation, and DeWitt County Judge Ben Prause.
The developed portion of the park is almost full, and lots are available to be developed. Businesses in the park include Tod Slone Saddles, Schumacher Air, Multi-Chem, Texas Department of Transportation, Frito-Lay, Weaver & Jacob Constructors, and C & K Oil Supply.
The DeWitt Community Development Foundation owns the tech center. Technology classes are offered to the public through the center, and incubation offices are also available. The DeWitt County Extension Service currently rents office space there, and office space is also available for park tenants.
The Cuero Development Corporation and GVEC market the property for industrial/manufacturing companies.
