Stacy Lynn Malandrakis and Neal Gregory Fanelli, both of Victoria were married Saturday, May 3, 2008, at Our Lady of Victory Cathedral in Victoria. Father David Berger officiated the double-ring ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Malandrakis of Victoria. She is the granddaughter of Ms. Ann Budaus of Victoria and the late Mr. Charles Budaus, Mrs. Emily Morrison of Olivia and the late Mr. Carl Morrison, and the late Mr. Manuel Malandrakis. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Fanelli of Victoria. He is the grandson of Mrs. Mickey Oliver of Victoria and the late Mr. James Oliver, Mrs. Emerence Fanelli of Yorktown and the late Mr. Angelo Fanelli. Angela Lester attended as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Michelle Malandrakis, Amber Crawford, Amanda Schroeder, Tara Constantine, Stephanie Castillo, Shannon Fossati and Katie Budaus. Junior bridesmaids were Talynn Fossati, and Tarynn Fossati. Harly Fanelli and Gracie Castillo attended as flower girls. Kalan Malandrakis served as ring bearer. Sean Fanelli served as best man. Groomsmen were Roel Villegas, Roman Fanelli, Alan Bienek, Patrick Passmore, Frank Ortega, Shawn Malandrakis and John Beckner. Junior groomsmen were Dylan Malandrakis and Tanner Fossati. Ushers were Kevin Oliver and Damian Fanelli. A reception was held following the ceremony at the Power Avenue Warehouse in Victoria. The couple will reside in Victoria. The bride is a 2002 graduate of Memorial High School and a May 2008 graduate of the University of Houston-Victoria with a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. The groom is a 2001 graduate of Memorial High School and a 2003 graduate of Victoria College with a certification in welding. He is employed by Gene's Machines in Victoria."
