Paula was an intricate part of Dr. Long's practice and there were many times that her kindness and wisdom made me feel better just knowing that she was on the cause. I have survived the last many years largely due a huge part to both Joe and Paula's devotion to their patients. Paula, you will be missed as you are cherished. Victoria woman killed in collision 'lived to give' "My prayers go out to Dr. Joe and Chelsea and his family. I've known them since I taught Chelsea in 5th grade. Paula was a wonderful woman who truly did "live to give". She and Dr. Joe helped me so much when I took in my niece and nephews. She was a blessing to all she touched. She was so excited to be able to give the 8th grade commencement speech at Trinity Episcopal School this coming Thursday. I only wish she were still here to do so.
