"Balloons Over Texas" is a 10-section balloon exhibit with over 10,000 balloons! Come see unique balloon sculptures from "Fairytale Island" to "Ocean Oasis". Designed and built by 'Balloon Banquet' and various other balloon artist around Texas. This is an event the entire family will enjoy. Proceeds benefit The Girls and Boys Club of Victoria and The Children's Discovery Museum. Exhibit will be open Thursday July 16th through Sunday July 19th at the Victoria Mall. Thursday is "Youth Group Day" Call Balloon Banquet for group rates at 361-580-0150. Prices are 2yrs and under - free / 3yrs-12yrs - $1.00 / 13yrs and up - $2.00
