There is a blood drive set up to take place on Friday November 6, 2009 from 3:30-6:30p.m. located at the UHV campus.
The goal is to have a minimum of 15 people sign-up to donate blood before the event. If you cannot donate send a relative, friend, classmate, or co-worker to donate in your place. Of course if you are going to donate please feel free to still bring someone with you. For every one person who donates blood up to three peoples lives can be saved!
The blood bank is going to give mini physical's, a gift, and of course snacks and punch.
Requirements: Must be in good general health, bring a picture ID, if 16 they will need to obtain a parent signed permission slip from our website and weigh at least 120lbs. For 17 years and older they need only their picture ID and weigh at least 110lbs.
