Dia de Los Muertos Exhibit (Last Day!)
- When:Sunday, November 25, 2012, noon to 4 p.m.
- Where:The Nave Museum
Come to The Nave Museum to enjoy richly detailed and lovingly crafted Day of the Dead Altars and Retablos created by local artists and students. Practiced for at least 3,000 years, as far back as the Aztecs, Dia de los Muertos is a joyous, sometimes macabre, celebration of life that honors loved ones who have passed on. Be sure to bid on a Retablo, a beautiful and ornate piece of Day of the Dead art hand-crafted by a local artist. The exhibit and silent auction end today, 11/25.
