Citizens Medical Center will present a free class on Heart Healthy Habits on Thursday. Local cardiologist Tywaun Tillman will discuss changes you can make in your daily life that will have a lasting effect on your heart and reduce your risk for heart disease. Attendees will also receive a coupon for a FREE Lipid Profile test at the presentation. This test checks a person’s total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides, which are key numbers that help in diagnosing heart disease.
