Every Sunday at Six O' Clock at the Unitarian Universalist Church there is a Dharma Lecture and Guided Group Meditation. This event is free and anyone interested in Buddhism is welcome to come. Please bring your own meditation cushion. Buddhism teaches wisdom and compassion that liberates all sentient beings from suffering and leads them to enlightenment.
