The Victoria Chamber of Commerce will host its annual awards banquet Thursday, Jan. 31, at Victoria's Spring Creek Place Event Center, 12116 Nursery Drive.

A private sponsor reception begins at 5:30 p.m., while general seating begins an hour later. Dinner is at 7 p.m., with presentations taking place at 8 p.m.

This year's keynote speaker is Charles Armstrong, a member of NASA’s Human Spaceflight community.
