VICTORIA - A 26-year-old Houston man and a 23-year-old Houston man by officers Tuesday on suspicion of forgery of a financial instrument and engaging in organized criminal activity.

VICTORIA - A 63-year-old Edna man by troopers Tuesday on suspicion of possession of between 1 and 4 grams of a controlled substance.
