BASKETBALL

5-ON-5 TOURNAMENT: July 19-20, Port Lavaca. Boys and girls teams in 10U, 12U, 14U and 18U divisions. Entry fee is $100 per team. For information, contact Claude Stewart at 361-655-3130 or 361-553-7167.

GOLF

VICTORIA CITY CHAMPIONSHIP: July 18-20, 54-hole stroke play open to all male and female golfers 18 years or older who reside in Victoria County or non-residents who are members of either Victoria Country Club, Colony Creek Country Club or Riverside Golf Course.
