BLOOMINGTON – Residents living in Victoria County Water Control District No. 1 – mainly Bloomington – are advised to boil their water before drinking or cooking until further notice.

A motor that pumps water into a storage tank shut down and although it’s back online, the water board must send in samples to the Victoria City-County Health Department to check out, board president Isaac Martin said.

“Just in case,” Martin said. “We have to be on the lookout.”
