Thanks H-E-B Plus!

The PAWS (Pets Are Worth Saving)float won 1st place in the Rose Parade at H-E-B Plus on Saturday and was rewarded with a $100-gift certificate. Many thanks go to Kathy Davidson for donating the little red wagon; Jerry McCaskill and her granddaughter, Lauren McCaskill, for decorating it; and Just Dogs! Gourmet for donating the handsome plush animal, Slush the dog, to ride the float. It was a great opportunity to talk with people about the importance of spay/neuter. Thanks Brother Gary Moses for doing a great job as MC. And most importantly, thanks to H-E-B Plus for having the Rose Parade that let non-profit organizations raise awareness and gather support for their causes. It was a wonderful community event, and we look forward to participating in an even bigger and better event next year. Thanks again H-E-B Plus!
