Why don’t the city, the county, the state just sell Navarro Street and make a toll road out of it? Maybe it could make some money from all the traffic there is on that street.

Yes I think that wind energy is a viable alternative. Wind turbines can be placed around Victoria on these hills and create energy, instead of nuclear leakage creating cancer.
