Victoria’s Maddy Buhler turned in two top-three finishes this week in Southern Texas PGA junior tour events.

Buhler tied for third at San Antonio Country Club and tied for second at the Black Horse south course event in Houston. She shot an 88 at both events.

Yorktown’s Robert Knobles tied for ninth at the San Antonio event in the boys 16-18 division with an 83, while placing seventh in Houston. Nixon’s Nathan Morris shot an 87 and tied for 17th in the boys 14-15 division at San Antonio and Victoria’s Eric Still was sixth in the boys 14-15 division with an 83 at Houston.

Victoria’s Michael Vasquez tied for fifth in the boys 16-18 division at the STPGA Avery Ranch Golf Club event and Yoakum’s Larissa Loredo was eighth at the River Crossing Club event with a 90.
