Ben Jordan Street to close for 4 weeks

VICTORIA – Beginning Monday, the city will close Ben Jordan Street to through traffic at the Lone Tree Creek crossing between Travis Avenue and Silverado Trail for four weeks, according to a city news release.

This closure is to allow for the installation of larger storm drainage box culverts. Drivers can expect delays in the work zone and should use alternate routes if possible.

This construction is part of the $7,464,300 Lone Tree Creek Channel/Hike and Bike Trail Project. The contractor on this project is Brannan Paving Co., LTD from Victoria.
