Editor, the Advocate:

On June 19, Valentin M. Davila Jr. was called to be with the Lord. Our heartfelt thanks to all who took care of Dad while he was in the hospital and at home. Special thanks to Dr. Rose and Dr. Kew and all the medical staff at Methodist Hospital in Houston. Thanks to Dr. Guel-Valdivia, Dr. Chaput and all medical staff at DeTar Hospital, Triumph Hospital, Crossroads Home Health, Southern Cross Ambulance. We would also like to thank all our friends and family who were there before and during our time of loss. Thank you for all the wonderful food, flowers and plants. We would like everyone to know how grateful we feel for the love and support shown to us. If we missed thanking anyone please forgive us. God bless you all.
