I think it is about time some of them lawmen take them badges off and hang them up. They are as bad as the crooks in Victoria and in Cuero.

I was commenting about Leon. The public hangings will be down there in the public square in Victoria.

The paper has stooped to a new low to print a ridiculous story. Let alone put the dang thing on the front page.

On the agents Ramos and Compean issue: If the agents had been black or white, they would have gotten a medal.

I believe the new garbage fee should not be inflicted on all the customers, only to those who have large amounts of limbs and yard waste or bulky items to be removed.

I agree with Tracy about the cell phones. They are not good for anything except to blab over. These young girls are about the only ones that have them.

I thought they were 10 and 12. Who wants to be 10 and 12 when they are 22 and 20. Immature, that’s what I think.

The Lolita girls seem to have embraced another fad in dress. We have had hippies, disco, urban cowboy, goth and grunge styles in the past, and these have faded away for the most part. No harm was done, and I suspect that the Lolita-girls style, if it stands the test of time, will prove equally harmless.

I wonder how many people use the brain in their head to know illegals get past four or five counties before they get here, and we tear up our cars chasing them. Why aren’t those other people in other counties chasing them? They don’t want them.

Why aren’t maintainers sent to fires in Victoria County like they do in other counties? You know a maintainer can get up and go.

You see all these kids running all over Victoria. You ask them why they are not in school. They say “I’m being home schooled,” when they are never home. That’s Victoria for you.

Yes, the Sheriff’s Department needs some new engines.
I saw a 250 red pickup just running off from a white deputy car.
I mean that deputy car looked like it was just standing still.
I couldn’t believe it.

I would like to comment about Judy Rodriguez and David Rodriguez from Edna.
Plain and simply, don’t to the crime if you can’t do the time.

I am glad they finally took the drug runners off of the street.
That house had been there for a long time.
When they said drug bust, we thought it was going to be the one in northeast Victoria.
Maybe someday they will take it down.
