Editor, the Advocate:

Why is it , every time you go up on subscriptions, we lose more paper? The past year you dumped Georgie Ann Geyer and others, then Baxter Black and now poor Fred in the funnies. I noticed the Sunday paper has plenty of advertisements. Don’t those people pay to advertise?

    I went to El Campo to satisfy my craving for the Houston Chronicle...$1.75 for the Sunday paper!!!..I swear it was $1.25 a month ago, but I could be wrong.Same ads but no top notch political columnist.
