I would like to take this opportunity to give special thanks to Dr. Mark Hager for doing my surgery at Citizens Medical Center.

I want to also give thanks to my anesthesiologist and to the wonderful care the nurses gave me during my stay. Most of all, I want to thank my two sons for helping me during this time, and my sisters for being there with me.

My friends, neighbors, and relatives, thank you for the food, visits, cards, and phone calls. I appreciate all of you and what you have done for me, and may God bless each and everyone of you.
