Editor, the Advocate:

You have managed another excellent, right-on-target editorial about our self-appointed Czar of Law Enforcement, the egomaniac Steve Tyler. I would like to say that I am surprised at the fact that he has stooped to harassing my local paper in his vindictive vendetta against all his imagined enemies. Unfortunately for all of us, this latest travesty of justice comes as no surprise. Just when you think it can get no worse, it does.

I find myself in complete agreement with your penultimate sentence, that Victoria is stronger than one man's power and anger. I will take issue with your final sentence. Rather than saying that justice will reign long after Tyler's term in office, I would have said that justice will not reign until he is out of office.

  • yeah okay...thanks for the reference to the page that allows blogers post whatever they want!

So then it's true, blog comments are in fact -FACTS!

Man, sure does change my opinion of our local district attorney.
And to think, I believed every word he was saying about trying to protect the citizens of Victoria!

(note to others: No, I really didn't ... just wanted to be sarcastic too! It feels good!)
By the way, I will not be returning to this post once I have submitted this comment... so don't reply to my comments because I won't see them! Bye

  • How can you take the side of a biased rag like this one? Headlines are slanted to bring readers in, and the articles are poorly written and sometimes facts are incorrect. Please, tell me I'm wrong on this.
