The St. Ludmila Lady Cardinals captured the Diocese of Victoria Athletic League volleyball title on Thursday.

The south zone champion Lady Cardinals defeated the north zone winner St. Rose of Lima 25-15, 26-24 to claim the title.

Members of the team were, Kourtney Knesek, Katelynn Leist, Shelly Kresta, Rachel Fikac, Bethany Pokluda, Ashton Kutac, Katie Denson, Mary Adamek, Alexa Schaefer and coach Dana Beal.
