n BLOOMINGTON - A 27-year-old Tivoli female by officers Sunday in suspicion of possessing less than two ounces of marijuana. The suspect was also arrested in suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

n VICTORIA - A 17-year-old Victoria man by officers Saturday in suspicion of possessing less than two ounces of marijuana.

    you have to say suspicion of possessing, "Innocent until Proven Guilty in a court of law" So they just cant say they had marijuana,

    oh I see... they thought they had marijuana but they didn't, so rather than let them go, they arrested them for suspicion of possessing marijuana. That's the way it reads... I get it now
