Cas Kutach recently returned from his first deployment in the Middle East and received a promotion to the rank of Petty Officer Second Class, E-5.

He is part of Squadron VP-8 serving as an Aviation Warfare Systems Operator on a P-3 Orion Patrol Aircraft.

He is stationed at the U.S. Naval Station in Jacksonville, Fla. and is the son of Brad and Lynne Kutach of Victoria.

Cas is a 2005 graduate of Memorial High School.
