VICTORIA - Paul Marshall, 34, of Victoria, by officers Wednesday on a warrant charging him with four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

VICTORIA - Gustavo Vasquez, 41, of Victoria, by officers Wednesday on a warrant charging him with two counts of indecency with a child and sexual contact.

VICTORIA - A 24-year-old Victoria man by officers Tuesday on suspicion of possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence.

VICTORIA - A 42-year-old Victoria man by officers Wednesday on suspicion of possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana.

BLOOMINGTON - A home in the 200 block of Commerce Street on Monday, according to a police report. A television valued at $3,400, a lawn mower valued at $320 and a DVD player valued at $420 were reported stolen.

PORT LAVACA - Roy Baldera, 35, of Port Lavaca, to 10 years deferred adjudication probation, a $1,500 fine, $140 restitution, 150 hours of community service, after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance on June 7, 2006.

PORT LAVACA - Tarius Lamar Dorsey, 35, of Spring, to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to delivery of a controlled substance on June 28, 2008.

PORT LAVACA - Bernabe DeLeon Garcia, 53, of Port Lavaca, to 10 years in prison, $1,316.98 restitution, 100 hours community service, after pleading guilty to burglary of habitation on Feb. 13. He was also sentenced to nine months in a state jail facility after pleading guilty to burglary of a building.

PORT LAVACA - Manuel Garcia Jr., 52, of Port Lavaca, to five years in prison, probated three years, $1,000 fine. He was also sentenced to 10 days in county jail after pleading guilty to driving while intoxicated on a third offense on Nov. 12.

PORT LAVACA - Jimmy Van Garner Jr., 50, of Port Lavaca, to five years deferred adjudication probation, $500 fine, $140 restitution, after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance on March 19, 2008.

PORT LAVACA - Joe Robert Lugo, 27, of Edna, to one year in county jail, probated two years, a $1,000 fine, 100 hours of community service, 30 days in Calhoun County jail, after pleading guilty to driving while intoxicated with a child passenger on Jan. 10.

PORT LAVACA - Albert Brian Martinez, 21, of Port Lavaca, to 10 years deferred adjudication probation, a $1,000 fine, $45 restitution, 150 hours community service, after pleading guilty to delivery of a controlled substance on May 2, 2008.

PORT LAVACA - Eric Samuel Martinez, 33, of Port Lavaca, to 12 years in state prison after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance on March 11, 2008.

PORT LAVACA - Edward Joseph Monroe, 52, of Victoria, to one year in county jail after pleading guilty to driving while intoxicated with a child passenger on April 27, 2008.

PORT LAVACA - Freddy Rolando Rodriguez Jr., 27, of Rockport, to 10 months in state jail after pleading guilty to felony theft of more than $1,500 on March 15.
