Caylee Marie Gaulding and Dustin Edward Wright, both of Granbury, Texas were united in marriage on Saturday, May 30, 2009, at five-thirty in the afternoon at Raisin L Ranch in Victoria. Reverend Laura Hewett-Becker officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mike and Carol Gaulding of Goliad. She is the granddaughter of Sara Skarpa and the late Emil Skarpa of Rosenberg, Dan Gaulding and the late Frances Gaulding of Agua Dulce.
The groom is the son of Robert and Vonda Sellers of Runge and Don and Patti Wright of Kenedy. He is the grandson of Sammy Cox and the late Lola Cox of Pettus, Leticia Sellers and the late Porter Sellers of San Antonio, Bobby and Cecilia Wright of Gonzales and Kenneth Gerfers and the late Barbara Gerfers of Kenedy.
Mrs. Ashley Nicole Rosenbrock of Temecula, California served as Matron of Honor. Bridesmaids were Miss Bianca Rae Guerrero of San Antonio, Miss Kirsten Blakely Skarpa of Rosenberg, cousin of the bride and Miss Calleigh Jo Wright of Kenedy, sister of the groom.
Miss Hannah Boyd of Goliad attended as flower girl and Mr. John Bryce Mann of Taft, served as ring bearer.
Jed Bode of College Station served as Best Man. Mr. Kyle Frnka of Goliad, Mr. J.D. Ruby of Brady, and Mr. Matthew Burns of College Station, served as groomsmen.
Ushers were Mr. Bransen Skarpa of Katy, cousin of the bride and Mr. Robert Webb Sellers of San Antonio, brother of the groom.
A reception was held following the ceremony at Raisin L Ranch in Victoria, Texas.
On the eve of the wedding, a rehearsal dinner, hosted by Robert and Vonda Sellers and Don and Patti Wright, was held in honor of the wedding party and special guests at The Goliad Club in Goliad.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Goliad High School and a 2008 graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Pre-Kindergarten through Fourth grade certification.
The groom is a 2003 graduate of Goliad High School in Goliad. He is employed by Vaquero Services in Granbury, as a welding/construction foreman in the oil and gas industry.
Following wedding travel to St. Lucia the couple will reside in Granbury, Texas.
