Kick off the New Year right this year with some side-splitting laughter.
"Saturday Night Live" alum Kevin Nealon is coming to the Capitol City Comedy Club in Austin Jan. 29-30.
The funny man starred on SNL from 1986 to 1995, according to the Internet Movie Database Web site. Among his most notable characters on the show were Subliminal Man, Hans and Franz alongside Dana Carvey and, the anchorman for the Weekend Update segment.
In addition to SNL, Nealon has also starred in many movies featuring his fellow SNL cast mates. His film career began in the 1987 movie "Roxanne" with Steve Martin, and since then he has starred in "Happy Gilmore" and "The Wedding Singer" with Adam Sandler, "Joe Dirt" with David Spade and "Daddy Day Care" with Eddie Murphy, according to IMDB.com.
Nealon is currently starring in the Showtime hit "Weeds."
