Editor, the Advocate:

Government must have a clear passage or direction with it's plan to close Guantanamo. As concerned citizens, we cannot allow suspected terrorists to be set free without exhausting all avenues through court proceedings. Whether they are tried in a military court or another type of court, these suspects must be tried to ensure they are truly innocent or guilty. As most are aware, some gangs have a blood-in, blood-out oath. We surely cannot expect any less from a terrorist who has vowed death to all Americans.

Guantanamo may not be the right place or choice to keep suspected terrorists, but until we have a positive and sure plan, we must not make change on this issue.
