Editor, the Advocate:

One horse service, that's what we get from our one-horse TV stations. I'm watching the Rose Bowl on ABC, one of our great "Victoria Television Group" stations and the first quarter was in high definition. But with the start of the second, it's in the good-old squeezed, blurred programing that I get when I pay for H.D. You'd think maybe after, say an hour are so, somebody over there would stumble by a TV and think "hey something's wrong." This is not a one-time or rare thing. No, no, no, it happens just about every weekend, on one station or another. I'm sure the thinking is, there's most likely another Rose Bowl next week, so don't worry about it. I can't wait for the Super Bowl and no HD service that I seem to pay for every month. We'll be lucky if it's not just blacked out all together. Please, Suddenlink send me my next bill, so I can flush more money down the "tube" and get 1960s service.
