Some streets in Victoria are as bad or worse than some parts of Mexico.

I am calling in regards to our street situation. There are some of them that really, definitely need to be worked on. But, looking at the list of what the city is planning to do, there seems to be a few spaces that are only a few blocks in a neighborhood.
