I do not support DWI checkpoints, because we have a Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures. This was a significant factor behind the American Revolution, and I don't think that any law enforcement officers should be able to set up check points and just stop anyone who they please.

I am against additional Gestapo tactics by law enforcement. They interfere too much in our lives today. This checkpoint thing is ridiculous.

I have seen references to events being held at the Agama Event Center. I would like to know what and where the center is located.

Who is stupid enough to man a checkpoint between Victoria and Bloomington? I'll pay to watch anybody try to stop these drunks and dope addicts out here on this highway. You're gonna get a lot of people killed, and they are gonna be wearing badges.
