A pre-construction conference for replacing the bridges and approaches at Edna's Lane at Black Bayou Creek and Salem Road at Garcitas Creek will be at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday at the Texas Department of Transportation office, 11401 U.S. Highway 59 N. in Victoria.
