Teen pregnancies: There will be dramatic reduction if parents stay married. Divorce makes a mockery of marriage and teens of parental splits tend to be much more promiscuous; it is my guess. Stay married, mom and dad, regardless of the always-present human frailties of either or both parties.

I am calling to comment on these checkpoints. I believe that Rob and Dick of Victoria are absolutely correct. Tyrants and despots throughout history have used checkpoints to control the movement and actions of their citizens.
