SAN ANTONIO - The Memorial Vipers suffered their second consecutive District 27-5A basketball loss Friday night, dropping a 68-49 decision to San Antonio Highlands.

Memorial (16-7, 2-2) played without point guard Marcus Salazar and had trouble handling the Owls' press.

Donte McGee had 22 points to pace the Vipers.
