NEW BRAUNFELS - Austin Elsik and Mauricio Torres each scored goals Friday for the Memorial, but it wasn't enough as the Vipers fell 4-2 to New Braunfels Canyon in the Smithson Valley tournament.

The Vipers (1-1) will face host Smithson Valley on Friday at 5 p.m. Smithson Valley is coach by former Memorial Lady Vipers coach Russ Gerrard.
