The concrete masonry unit block walls at the middle school are on the rise on the west side.
The high school on the west side has placed CMU block.
Elementary 1 and 2 are working on walls.
The two elementary schools are scheduled to open for the 2009-10 school year. The middle school and two high schools will open for the 2010-11 school year.
Elementary 1 Lone Tree Road
Continued to hang structural steel.
All columns, beams and bar joist are in place.
Started exterior walls at southeast corner of building.
Under-slab plumbing rough-in near completion.
City of Victoria has completed the water test.
Elementary 2 Mallette Drive
Placing metal studs at south and east walls.
Installing dense glass on south and east walls.
Install metal deck over administration and kitchen.
Backfill around building.
Started hanging air condition duct in kitchen.
Laying CMU in kitchen.
Layout walls in section A.
Set columns beams and bar joist in section A.
City passed the water test.
Started installing roof drains.
Middle and high school on west side
Established temporary water to middle school.
Storm sewer pipping near completion.
Rough-in plumbing ongoing.
Electrical slab rough-in.
Continued foundation form work at both schools.
Continued tying reinforcing steel for slabs at both schools.
Placed the fourth concrete pour at high school.
Continued CMU block at high school.
Installed door frames at high school.
Site lighting rough-in.
Started CMU at middle school.
High school on east side
Pre-tie re-steel piers, caps and grade beams.
Begin form grade beams area F.
Pour grade beams at area G.
Begin erect hollow core panels area H and G.
MEP underground all areas/sleeves thru GB.
Begin erect structural steel area A through G.
CMU at H, G and F topping pour.
Brick mock-up.
Electrical duct bank-secondary.
Plumbing, electrical and fire core through panels at area H and G.
