Editor, the Advocate:

A big thank you and blessings to all the people who have come forward to help me in this time of loss. I lost my home and all my belongings in the Telferner fire.

I have no words to express my gratitude to all the wonderful people. My first big thank you is to my Lord God and to Trent Peterek, who has gone over and beyond to provide a home for me. To Mr. Johnston and crew who cleared and hauled all the debris; to all the people who are making all things possible to furnish this lovely home, for all the clothes, money, gift cards, etc. To the dear person who donated a week's stay in a hotel, to the people who wish to remain anonymous. To Linda and all the people at the Red Cross, Mary, the Avon lady who replenished my makeup and perfumes; Texan West employees who bought Christmas gifts for my grandchildren; to all at Majical Moments who collected canned goods for me.

I was so touched by all these caring and giving people. May our Lord richly bless each and everyone is my prayer. Love to all.

On behalf of my "Sweet Pea": Thanks to all the dear people who provided doggy bed, treats and outfits, she was not left out.
