Editor, the Advocate:

In regards to Time Warner Cable new billing: You already charge $1 a month to bring our payment inside. Now you want to charge $2 a month for a paper bill.

Do you not know that not everyone has Internet access? I don't. My stars, you can't even call your local cable company and get a person; it goes somewhere else.

Then sometimes you can't even get any cable channels. Please leave the cable customers alone. We already pay enough.
