VICTORIA - Matthew Allen Ring, 23, of Victoria by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with possession of between 4 and 200 grams of a controlled substance.

VICTORIA - A 33-year-old Victoria man by officers Wednesday on suspicion of possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance.

VICTORIA - A 43-year-old Victoria woman's foot slipped off the brake of her silver Chrysler Pacifica while stopped at the traffic light of Goodwin Avenue and Navarro Street, and the car bumped into the van stopped in front of her on Goodwin Avenue around 6:20 p.m. Wednesday. The driver of the van, a 54-year-old Victoria man who complained of neck pain, was taken to Citizens Medical Center by ambulance, a Victoria Police Department spokesman said.
