A truck popped over the curb, hit a tree, flipped and then burst into flames after the driver lost control traveling north on Port Lavaca Hwy. south of Odem Street on Thursday.

No one was injured in the crash, Officer Robbie Moorish said. The crash happened at about 1:30 p.m.

The wreck stopped traffic traveling both directions on Port Lavaca Hwy. while the road was cleaned.

The driver's name was not available at the scene.
