No, I did not watch the inauguration, I was working. I did see the highlights that night. It was a magnificent event. Too bad it was spoiled by a group of people who chose to disrespect our 43rd president as he bid farewell. This is what I will remember the most. Good luck, Mr. Obama, I pray that the conservative party will treat you with much more respect.

I think that we have enough coverage of Martin Luther King and also the Fatal Funnel Series and also the coverage of our new president. Let's just go on with our life and find something else to write about.

Kudos to Rawley Brown's Sunday column and Bush's pardon to Border Patrol officers Copon and Ramos.

Four years ago on this day, the major headlines in the major papers were all negative about President Bush spending $48 million on his inauguration. The same event with President Obama today cost $140 million. No headlines about his spending. I'll report and let you decide.

Did I watch Obama's inauguration yesterday? I certainly did, and I wouldn't have missed it. I agree that if we would stop looking at our differences and look at our similarities that we could create something wonderful out of all of this mess that has happened. I am in full support or our president.

I watched the heartwarming inauguration with pleasure. However, the highlight for me was when a TV-broadcasting, heavily made-up-blonde, complained of having to walk four long D.C. blocks in 3-inch heels to get to one of the balls. Too bad! She worked for the infamous FOX channel.

No, I did not watch the inauguration. I would not have wasted my electricity on it.
