    Bush's 2005 inauguration cost $157 million, $42 for fun stuff, $115.5 for security. Obama's isn't totaled, but will cost about the same. Republicans omitted the security part of Bush's while including it in Obama's. Each candidate raised money to pay the fun stuff part. Comparing apples to apples is important.
