The St. Joseph Flyers passed out awards at their football banquet on Sunday.

Among the winners were Brian Arquisola (co-defensive lineman), Mark Tewes (co-offensive lineman), David Woolson (Buddy Reily Award), Jake Kyle (co-offensive lineman) and Kier Wells (co-defensive lineman). Also winning awards were Ryan Valdez (Most Improved Back), Adam Shimek (Fighting Heart), Luke Villafranca (Most Improved Lineman), Travis Cole (Most Improved Lineman) and Cody McNeley (Allan T-Bone Smith scholarship).

Patrick Sohrt was named the freshman Bob Schoenfeld "Fighting Flyers Spirit" on the offensive side, while Kion Wells earned the honor on defense. Chris Mason won the freshman Fighting Heart award.

Matthew Mayes earned the junior varsity "Fighting Flyers Spirit" on offense, while Chris Brockman was recognized for his work on defense. Thomas Kyle won the "Fighting Heart" for the junior varsity.
