VICTORIA - Raynard Buckner, 46, of Victoria by deputies Thursday on warrants charging him with robbery, burglary of a habitation and a bench warrant.

VICTORIA - Rodney Don Bailey Jr., 26, of Victoria by deputies Friday on a warrant from Louisiana charging him with being a fugitive from justice.

VICTORIA - Mandi Michelle Knopp, 26, of Edna by deputies Friday on a warrant charging her with theft of property valued between $1,500 and $20,000.

VICTORIA - Sandra Ann Martinez, 33, of Victoria by officers Wednesday on warrants charging her with engaging in organized criminal activity and issuance of a bad check.

VICTORIA - Delbert Andres Mills, 41, of Victoria by deputies Wednesday on a warrant charging him with failure to register annually as a sex offender.

VICTORIA - Augustine Nathanail Ortiz, 17, of Victoria by officers Wednesday on a warrant charging him with delivering or offering to deliver dangerous drugs and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.

VICTORIA - Shain Michael Finch, 23, of Victoria by deputies Thursday on a warrant charging him with burglary of a habitation.

VICTORIA - A 20-year-old Victoria man by officers Thursday on suspicion of possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana.
