Memorial senior Valerie Garcia and Memorial graduate Kelsey Dick signed letters of intent to play college softball at Howard College in Big Spring.

Garcia is a two-time firstteam District 27-5A and all-area selection at second base for the Lady Vipers.

Dick, who graduated last year, earned first-team all-district as a junior and senior and was an all-area honorable mention player as a senior.

The Lady Hawks play in the Western Junior College Athletic Conference.
