Two Victoria residents were injured in a two-vehicle accident at Airline Road and Azalea Street at 5:15 p.m. Sunday, according to the Victoria Police Department.
Stephen Theus, 33, and three passengers were in a tan 2007 Ford Escape, traveling westbound in the left lane of Airline Road preparing to make a left-hand turn when Theus failed to yield the right of way to Elizabeth Fifuentes, 77, who was traveling east on Airline Road in her white 2005 Pontiac, according to the report by Officer Marc Pullin.
Fifuentes and one of Theus' passengers, 37-year-old Victoria Theus, complained of pain and were taken to Citizens Medical Center by ambulance.
No one was seriously injured in the accident, according to the report.
