  • Everyone downtown has internet service a few steps away in his/her own office.

  • Come on people get real, how many people have a lap top or notebook to take downtown to the gazebo. If they do have one they more than likely have internet service already.Instead of wasting our tax money for something such as this, lower our taxes.

  • It is actually very common for cities to provide wi-fi areas downtown as it aids commerce and business, which in turn produces more revenue for the City

  • I think it is a wast of money when they should be paying the city employees more money. When they get a raise the health plan goes up. So the raise is not really a raise. That is sad that we do not take care of the city workier first.

  • Speaking of the library. Who came up with the stupid idea of closing the library on Sunday? The library and all its services should at least be open and available from noon to 6 to accomodate all citizens.

  • I have no dogs in this fight but - - -

if the city cannot provide free internet access to all taxpayers, they shouldn't provide it to any. Of course the library is an obvious exception.
