I wonder if there has been any consideration towards creating a public transit depot in Victoria like San Antonio. The public transit rail service from San Antonio goes all the way to Oklahoma City. It might not be such a bad idea considering; San Antonio, Oklahoma City, and Dallas have the no.1, no. 2, and no. 3 respectively best economies in the country right now. I’m just saying an early morning train and a late evening train might encourage professionals working in San Antonio to live in Victoria. They could make the money there and spend it here, LoL.
I’m just saying.
What is the proposed route for the Victoria rail bypass??
who care about stopping and spending money. That d..n train makes me very late for work sometimes "I hate it" The only chance to get over it is on the loop or over by HEB and that takes me way out of my way to work. The other night I was coming home and I sat for a half hour waiting for the nd of that train.
I understand that a rail bypass will be better for Victoria, but remember when they bypassed Victoria and these small towns along highway 59?Those towns now wish that all those cars were stopping and spending their money in the local businesses!
